Conference and journal applications must provide a public event website. Book series and book chapter applications must upload the official CFP PDF.
The submitted materials should clearly reflect the organizer identity, event scope, and event dates so the application can be reviewed professionally.
Applications are reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis and normally take 1 to 2 working days for initial review.

I confirm that I am duly authorized by the applicant institution named above to submit this editorial program request, and that the institution accepts full responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided in this application. I confirm that any registration, conference, or publication fees collected in connection with this editorial program remain the sole property of the institution at all times, and that NIBVEDA does not collect, hold, or take custody of any such funds on the institution's behalf. I acknowledge that personal data collected through this editorial program (including names, email addresses, affiliations, and manuscript details of authors, reviewers, chairs, and delegates) will be collected and processed by NIBVEDA in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India) and applicable data protection rules, used solely for the purpose of operating this editorial program and its associated review, communication, and registration workflows, and will be retained for no longer than 90 days after the event's concluding date, after which it will be securely deleted or anonymized unless a longer retention period is required by applicable law. I confirm that all system-generated communication for this editorial program, including registration confirmations, decision notices, and reviewer correspondence, must be sent exclusively through the centralized NIBVEDA mailer and not through any third-party or institutional email system.
